Dashboard Licensing
Access to customized enterprise dashboards is strictly limited to authorized stakeholders. Reverse-engineering of our data aggregation scripts is prohibited under Turkish IP Law.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled exclusively in the courts of Ankara.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify TurkeyRegionalData and its officers from any claims, damages, or legal expenses resulting from your breach of these terms or misuse of the data systems.
Termination & Amendment
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service as the technical landscape of data reporting evolves. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the TurkeyRegionalData portal constitutes acceptance of the modified framework.
